Corporation Filing Fees | The fee for filing Articles of Incorporation is $85 for corporations authorizing up to 850 shares. For corporations authorizing more than 850 shares, the following fee table applies: For 851 to 1,000 authorized shares, the filing fee is 10 cents per share. From 1,001 to 10,000 authorized shares, the filing fee is 5 cents per share. From 10,001 to 50,000 authorized shares, the filing fee is 2 cents per share. From 50,001 to 100,000 authorized shares, the filing fee is 1 cent per share. From 100,001 to 500,000 authorized shares, the filing fee is 1/2 cent per share. For all authorized shares in excess of 500,000 shares, the filing fee is 1/4 cent per share. |
Corporation Name Reservation Information and Fees | Ohio offers informal name availability information by telephone by phone at (614) 466-3910 or (877) 767-3453, and by email at busserv@sos.state.oh.us. Ohio incorporators may reserve a corporate name by sending a written request (no form is available) to the Secretary of State accompanied by a $5 fee. The name reservation remains effective for 60 days. |
