LLC Filing Fees The fee for filing Articles of Organization is $110. A foreign LLC must file an Application for a Certificate of Authority by a Foreign Limited Liability Company to Transact Business in South Carolina. The filing fee for foreign LLCs is also $110.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees South Carolina organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing an Application to Reserve LLC name with the South Carolina Secretary of State accompanied by a $25 filing fee. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements LLCs conducting business in South Carolina must file an Annual Report and a filing fee of $10 each year. The Annual Report must be filed between January 1 and April 1 the year after the LLC first organizes or registers in South Carolina. Thereafter, an LLC must file its Annual Report by the fifteenth day of the fourth month after the close of the LLCs taxable year
