LLC Filing Fees | Domestic LLCs may register with the Division by filing Articles of Organization and submitting a filing fee of $125. A foreign LLC wishing to conduct business in North Carolina must file an Application for Certificate of Authority and submit a filing fee of $125. |
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees | North Carolina organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing an Application to Reserve an LLC name accompanied by a filing fee of $10. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days. |

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements | Domestic and foreign LLCs must file an annual report by the fifteenth day of the fourth month after the close of the fiscal year. The filing fee is $200. |
