LLC Filing Fees The fee for filing Articles of Organization is $250 ($150 filing fee plus a biennial license fee of $100). Foreign LLCs wishing to conduct business in Alaska, must register as a foreign limited liability company. The filing fee is $350 ($150 filing fee plus a biennial license fee of $200).
LLC Name Reservation Information Alaska organizers may pay a $25 name reservation fee to reserve an LLC name. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements Alaska LLCs and qualified foreign LLCs must file a biennial report by January 2 of each alternate year with the Corporations Section. The biennial corporation tax is $100 for domestic corporations and $200 for foreign corporations.
