LLC Filing Fees The fee for filing Articles of Organization is $100. Foreign LLC’ s must file an Application for Certificate of Authority for Foreign Limited Liability Company, accompanied by the filing fee of $200.
LLC Name Reservation Information Georgia organizers may informally search existing corporate names on the Georgia Secretary of State’ s website. Georgia incorporators may reserve names online for free by visiting www.sos.state.ga.us/cgi-bin/namerequest.asp. The fee is $25, and the name reservation remains effective for 90 days.
