LLC Filing Fees The fee for filing Articles of Organization is $100. Foreign LLCs must file an Application for Registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company accompanied by a filing fee of $100. LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees Idaho organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing an ‘Application for Reservation of Legal Entity Name’ and paying a $20 fee. The name reservation remains effective for four months.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements LLCs must file an annual report with the Secretary of State by the end of the month in which the LLC originally organized. The filing fee is $30.

LLC Tax Summary Most LLCs must file the Idaho Partnership Return of Income (Form 65). The tax rate is 7.6% with a minimum payment of $20. LLCs classified as corporations for federal tax purposes must file the Idaho Corporation Income Tax Return (Form 41)
