LLC Filing Fees To organize, domestic LLCs must file Articles of Organization and submit a filing fee of $20. Foreign LLCs must submit an Application for Authority to transact business along with a filing fee of $20.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees Oregon organizers may pay a $10 fee to reserve a name for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements Annual Reports along with a filing fee of $20 are due by an LLC’s anniversary date. An Annual Report form is mailed to the LLC by the Division approximately 45 days prior to the due date. The Annual Report is only filed the first year after organizing. LLCs must only file a renewal coupon with the Division in subsequent years. The Division mails the renewal coupon form approximately 45 days prior to the due date. The filing fee is $20.

LLC Tax Summary Most LLCs will be required to file a Partnership Return (Form 65). The return is generally for informational purposes only and no tax will be due. LLCs classified as corporations for federal tax purposes must file an Oregon Corporation Excise Tax Return (Form 20).
