LLC Filing Fees | The fee for filing Articles of Organization is $60. A foreign LLC must file an Application for Registration along with a $60 filing fee. |
LLC Name Reservation Information | The Connecticut Secretary of the State’ s office provides informal information regarding LLC name availability by calling (860) 509-6002. Connecticut organizers may reserve LLC names by filing the form entitled ‘Application for Reservation of Name for Domestic or Foreign Stock & Non-Stock Corp, LLC, LP, LLP & Statutory Trust.” The fee is $30, and the name reservation remains effective for 120 days. |

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements | Connecticut LLCs must file annual reports by the end of the anniversary month of the LLCs initial filing with the Division. The annual report fee is $10. Annual report forms are not available online. |
