|Corporation Name Reservation Information and Fees||West Virginia incorporators may reserve a corporate name by filing an Application for Reservation of Name on Form NR-1 accompanied by a $15 filing fee. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days.|
|Periodic Corporation Reporting Requirements||West Virginia corporations and foreign corporations with operations in West Virginia must file an annual report. The Corporations Division mails the annual report to registered corporations. The report is due July 1 of each year.
