LLC Filing Fees | To organize, an LLC must file Articles of Organization . To register, Foreign LLCs must file a Certificate of Authority Application. Articles of Organization and the Certificate of Authority Application must be accompanied by the First Annual Report. The fee schedule for the First Annual Report is -$90 for LLCs with member contributions less than $50,000 -$150 for LLCs with member contributions from $50,000 – $100,000. -$150 for LLCs with member contributions in excess of $100,000 plus $50 for each additional $1,000 of member contributions. -the maximum filing fee is $16,000. |
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees | South Dakota organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing an Application for Reservation of Name with the South Dakota Secretary of State accompanied by a $15 filing fee. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days. |
