LLC Filing Fees To organize, domestic LLCs must file Articles of Organization for Domestic Limited Liability Company. The filing fee for doing so is $70. Foreign LLCs wishing to conduct business in Montana must file an Application for Certificate of Authority of Foreign Limited Liability Company with a filing fee of $70.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees Montana organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing an Application for Reservation of Name with Business Services accompanied by a $10 filing fee. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements Montana LLCs must file an Annual Report accompanied by a $10 fee by April 15.
