LLC Filing Fees The fee for filing a domestic LLCs Articles of Organization is $50 (online filing is $45). Foreign LLCs must pay a $300 filing fee along with their Application for Certificate of Registration of Limited Liability Company. Online filing is available for most forms at the Arkansas Secretary of State’s website, but you’ll have to register and give a credit card number. Organizers must also file a Limited Liability Company Franchise Tax Registration form at the time of filing of Articles of Organization or registration of foreign LLC. The purpose of this form is so LLCs will receive their annual Franchise Tax Report form (see below).
LLC Name Reservation Information Arkansas organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing a name reservation application with the Arkansas Secretary of State along with a $25 name reservation fee. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements Arkansas LLCs are required to file an annual LLC Franchise Tax Report is mailed to LLCs in February of each year, and must be filed by June 1 of each year with the Arkansas Secretary of State.
