Corporation Filing Fees The fee for filing Articles of Incorporation is $135. Foreign corporations must file a certificate of authority and pay a fee of $200.
Corporation Name Reservation Information and Fees Minnesota incorporators may reserve a corporate name by filing a Request for Reservation of Name with the Minnesota Secretary of State and paying a $35 filing fee. The name reservation remains effective for one year.
