|LLC Filing Fees
|To organize, an LLC must file Articles of Organization and submit a filing fee of $105. Foreign LLCs must file an Application for Registration as a Foreign Limited Liability Company.
|LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees
|Missouri organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing an Application for Reservation of Name with the Division. The filing fee is $25. The name reservation remains effective for 60 days.

|Most LLCs must file a Partnership Return of Income (Form MO-1065). This return is informational only. LLCs classified as corporations for federal tax purposes must file a corporation income tax return (Form MO-1120)
