LLC Filing Fees Domestic LLCs must file a Certificate of Formation with Business Services and pay a filing fee of $50. A foreign LLC must file an Application for Registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company along with a filing fee of $250 with Business Services.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees Mississippi organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing a Reservation of Name on Form F0016 with the Mississippi Secretary of State. The filing fee is $25 and the name reservation remains effective for 180 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements LLCs are not required to file annual reports.

LLC Tax Summary LLCs must file a Mississippi Partnership/Limited Liability Company/Limited Liability Partnership income tax return (Form 86-105) each year by April 15. However, Mississippi LLCs do not pay tax on its income unless classified as a corporation for federal tax purposes.
