|LLC Filing Fees||Domestic LLCs must file a Certificate of Formation with Business Services and pay a filing fee of $50. A foreign LLC must file an Application for Registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company along with a filing fee of $250 with Business Services.|
|LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees||Mississippi organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing a Reservation of Name on Form F0016 with the Mississippi Secretary of State. The filing fee is $25 and the name reservation remains effective for 180 days.|
|Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements||LLCs are not required to file annual reports.|
