LLC Filing Fees Domestic LLCs may organize by filing Articles of Organization and submitting a filing fee of $100. A fee of $10 must also be submitted for the Certificate of Organization. A foreign LLC wishing to conduct business in Nebraska must file an Application for Certificate of Authority and submit a filing fee of $120.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees Nebraska organizers may reserve an LLC name by filing an Application for Reservation of LLC name with the Division accompanied by a filing fee of $15. The name reservation remains effective for 120 days.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements LLCs are not required to file annual reports.

LLC Tax Summary LLCs must file a Nebraska Partnership Return of Income each year by the fifteenth day of the fourth month of the fiscal year. An LLC that’s members are all Nebraska individual residents and with income solely derived from Nebraska is not required filing the Partnership Return.
