Corporation Filing Fees The fee for filing Articles of Incorporation is $75, but graduates upward based on the authorized capital. Authorized capital is the total authorized shares multiplied by the shares’ par value. A Nevada corporation must name all its initial directors in its Articles of Incorporation. The Articles of Incorporation must include a declaration of the corporation’s Resident Agent accepting his or her designation. Corporations must file an Initial List of Officers and Directors form by the 1st day of the 2nd month following the incorporation date. The filing fee for the Initial List is $125.
