LLC Filing Fees To organize, domestic LLCs must file Articles of Organization and submit a filing fee of $75. Foreign LLCs wishing to do business in Nevada must file an Application for Registration of Foreign Limited Liability Company to the Division accompanied by the $75 filing fee. Domestic and foreign LLCs must also file an Initial List of Managers or Members and Resident Agent by the first day of the second month after initially filing with the Division (for example, if the LLC originally filed on January 18, it would be required to file the Initial List on or before March 1). The filing fee for the Initial List is $125.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees Nevada organizers may reserve an LLC name by paying a $40 fee. Application can be made through the Division’s website. The name reservation remains effective for 90 days.
