Corporation Filing Fees The minimum fee for filing Articles of Incorporation is $90. This includes a $30 filing fee, $10 consent of agent fee, and a $50 minimum license fee. The license fee is based upon the number of authorized shares. Incorporators must include with their filing a Registered Agent Consent to Serve form.
Corporation Name Reservation Information and Fees North Dakota incorporators may reserve a corporate name by filing a Reserve Name Application on Form SFN13015 with the North Dakota Secretary of State accompanied by a filing fee of $10. The name reservation remains effective for twelve months.

Periodic Corporation Reporting Requirements North Dakota corporations and qualified foreign corporations must file an annual report each year following the year in which they were incorporated or qualified.
