LLC Filing Fees The fee for filing Articles of Organization is $40. A foreign LLC must file an Application for a Certificate of Authority accompanied by a filing fee of $90.
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees Kentucky organizers may reserve an LLC name for 120 days. The filing fee is $15. Informal searches are available online, and by calling (502) 564-2848.

Periodic LLC Reporting Requirements LLCs must file an annual report, due by June 30 of each year beginning with the calendar year following the date of the LLCs initial filing. The filing fee is $15. The annual report form is not available online, however the Secretary of State’ s office mails the form to registered agents between January and March of each year.

LLC Tax Summary Most LLCs must file a Kentucky Partnership Income Return (Form 765). The return is for informational purposes only. LLCs classed as corporations for federal tax purposes must file the Kentucky Corporations Income and License Tax Return (Form 720)
