LLC Filing Fees | Organizers wishing to register with the Bureau must file Articles of Organization and submit a filing fee of $50. Foreign LLCs wishing to do business in New Mexico must file an Application for Registration along with a filing fee of $100. |
LLC Name Reservation Information and Fees | Request for name reservation may be made in writing to the Public Registration commission. The filing fee is $20. |
